Comfort Shield HVAC of NC was started by the Sessoms Family more than 30 years ago. These days, the team is much larger, but the goal is still to make you feel like family. We are a Christian-based, family-owned, local business based out of Smithfield, and we service most of Eastern North Carolina.

Billy and Mike are absolutely the best!! They know what they are doing and are very professional!!! They fixed our backed up septic pipe and made sure everything was in good working order before they left. I highly recommend them and Comfort Shield HVAC, Plumbing and Electric. Very professional company, I was called this am with a timeframe and the technician stayed within that time frame. 30 min prior I received a text with a photo of the person that will be coming to my home.Justess was very professional, timely and he fixed the issue.Truly appreciate the assistance.

Absoulety so excited they came out the day I called. They always do excellent work !!They put my heat pump in,they put all new ducking in and did an awesome job.Come to think of it after having all that done by them ,why not a discount given?
