SUMMER TUNE-UP
- Cleaning of Indoor and Outdoor Coils
- Cleaning Loose Debris
- Checking Coolant Levels
- Ensure Proper Operation
- Measure Output Temperature
- Measure Voltage and Amp Draws
- Calibrating Thermostat
- Inspect Ductwork for Holes
WINTER TUNE-UP
- Checking Emergency Heat
- Calibrating Thermostat
- Visual Inspection of Heat Exchanger
- Test Flame Sensor (Gas Systems)
- Lubricating All Moving Parts
- Measuring Voltage and Amp Draws

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
The regular price for our maintenance agreements is $189.99 a year, plus $99.99 for each additional unit at the same address.
